These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between SKS, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”).

By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.

The use of this website or availing of our Services is subject to the following terms of use:

01To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.
02Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials offered on this website or through the Services, for any specific purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

04The contents of the Website and the Services are proprietary to Us and you will not have any authority to claim any intellectual property rights, title, or interest in its contents.

08You agree and acknowledge that website and the Services may contain links to other third party websites. On accessing these links, you will be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of such third party websites.
09You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with the us for the Services.
10You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such return and refund will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, than this would make you ineligible for a refund.
11Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
12These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Website Owner is domiciled.
13All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Go Vision Therapy collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) and Personal Data.

To provide our vision therapy services, we collect the following types of information:

Patient Profile Data: Name, Age, and Diagnosis (e.g., Convergence Insufficiency, Amblyopia).
Clinical Data & Session Metrics: When a patient plays a therapy module, we collect performance data including:
- Reaction times (latency in milliseconds)
- Accuracy percentages (Hits vs. Misses)
- Spatial event data (e.g., left vs. right visual field performance)
- Session duration and timestamps
Account & License Information: Hospital IDs, License Keys, Access Codes, and expiration dates.

We use the collected data exclusively to:

Deliver the prescribed vision therapy modules to the patient.
Generate clinical analytics and progress reports for the patient's linked eye care professional.
Enforce daily session limits and track protocol completion.
Maintain and improve the technical functionality of the platform.

We do not sell your personal or medical data.

Between Patient and Clinic: A patient's profile and session metrics are strictly shared with the specific clinic/hospital (via the hospital_id link) that issued their GOHVT license.
Service Providers: We use secure third-party cloud infrastructure (e.g., Supabase) to host our database and authenticate users. These providers are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We implement robust security measures to protect your data:

Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols.
Access Controls: Patient data is siloed. Clinics can only access data for patients explicitly linked to their Hospital Key. Patients can only access their own prescribed protocols via a unique Key and Access Code combination.
Note on Local Storage: Active session states may be temporarily stored in the browser's local storage (gvt_session) to maintain login states, but primary clinical data is stored securely on our cloud servers.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

Access the personal and clinical data held about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data (Right to be Forgotten).

How to Exercise These Rights

Patients should direct data access or deletion requests to their prescribing clinic. Clinics have the administrative tools to edit or permanently delete patient records and associated session history from the platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of any material changes via the platform dashboard.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

GO VISION THERAPY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Immediate Cancellation window

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

Digital & Downloadable Products

GO VISION THERAPY does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like DOWNLOADABLE MATERIAL, CHARTS, EXCERCISE PDF etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Only same day days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within Only same day days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

Warranty & Refund Processing

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the GO VISION THERAPY, it’ll take 6-8 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

International & Domestic Carriers

For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.

Dispatch Timeline

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.

Liability & Responsibility

GO VISION THERAPY is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3-5 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation

Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk.
